We are pleased to share exciting news about our recent community engagement initiative at Narre Warren South P-12 College. In partnership with Uniting KOMAK and Foundation House, we have successfully conducted four informative sessions for our Afghan Mother Group. These sessions covered crucial topics including Emotional Intelligence Cyber Security, and Mental Health. The feedback from the Afghan Mother’s Group has been overwhelmingly positive. They found the information provided highly valuable and expressed their gratitude for the school leadership’s consistent support in organising these sessions. This initiative aligns with our commitment to fostering strong community connections and providing relevant, practical support to our diverse parent groups. The success of these sessions demonstrates the importance of such programs in empowering our parents with knowledge and resources to better support their children’s education and well-being.
